THE DETAILS
Website terms of use
Last updated:
These terms cover use of the Booked to Bliss website. The terms presented during booking and in your reservation agreement apply to your stay.
Using the website
This website helps you explore our stays and plan time in the Smoky Mountains. Please use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors’ access.
Information and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but details may change and errors may occur. Website content and features may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Check the current booking information before making a reservation.
Reservations through Hospitable
Our stay pages use Hospitable’s booking tools. Availability and rates depend on your dates and the current information shown in the booking process. Browsing a stay page does not hold dates or confirm a reservation.
Review the full price and applicable booking terms before completing your reservation. These website terms do not set cancellation, refund, deposit, or property-specific stay policies.
Planning your time in the Smokies
Our destination content offers ideas for your visit. Restaurant and attraction operations, roads, trails, weather, and other travel conditions can change. Check the linked official sources for current details before setting out, and choose outings suited to your group and the conditions.
External links
We link to independently operated websites for booking and trip planning. Their content, services, and terms are managed by their respective operators.
Photographs and other content
The photographs, writing, branding, and design on this website belong to their respective rights holders. You are welcome to browse and share links for trip planning. Reproducing or republishing site content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise the website and these terms as the site develops. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date.
